Freedom Soccer League (FSL) is pleased to announce the 2007 Freedom Soccer League Fall Season for boys and girls soccer clubs with age groups U9, U10, and U11.

FSL is a US Club Soccer sanctioned league affiliated with NorCal Premier.

Joining FSL
The 2007 Fall League is open to all Clubs that belong to a US Club Soccer Club; meet the following requirements; and are willing to follow FSL Rules and Directives.

• Please have a person on every team read and understand the following requirements needed to cooperatively play in FSL.
• Clubs must have a named Director of Coaching
• Clubs must have at least one high quality field appropriately sized for age group. See Regulations for more information.
• Clubs must have enough licensed referee’s available to cover their teams entered in competition.
• Clubs must have a FSL Administrator responsible for helping teams maintain their club and team information, including contact information, on the FSL web site.
• Clubs must be in good standing with FSL League
• Clubs must have a Board of Directors responsible for their teams adherence to all the FSL directives, rules, and circumstances necessary to cooperatively organize a League. They must have an organization ready to provide fields and referees; and to manage changing situations, e.g. rain-outs or other emergencies.
• Every team must have an active manager. Teams must never be “out of contact” from FSL and the other teams they are playing.
• Teams must be ready to meet their commitments - timely communications, availability of high quality fields, playing games as scheduled, and avoiding last minute non-emergency changes.
• Teams that “drop” once they are selected and given the opportunity to withdraw without penalty will be placed in poor standing, and be unable to apply for FSL for one year or more.
• Clubs with multiple problem teams may be placed in poor standing.

• Club registration is open from March 1st, 2007 to midnight June 1st for all Clubs.
